Hey Wild Soul, if you’re reading this, something in your life has shifted.
Things that once felt familiar now feel strange. Life feels heavier, the noise feels louder, and deep inside… you feel like you’re remembering something you can’t quite name.
This is the beginning of awakening.
You’re not lost.
You’re just waking up in a world that benefits from you staying asleep.
✧
You feel disconnected from your old self
You feel “weirdly emotional”
You’re tired in ways rest can’t fix
You start questioning your job, religion, friends, or partner
Nature feels magnetic; social media feels loud
You’re craving truth, silence, and meaning but don’t know why
This is not depression.
This is disorientation.
You’re shedding what was never you.
✧
You’re becoming aware of unconscious patterns.
You’re noticing that things that used to “make sense” now feel empty.
You might even be experiencing:
Cognitive dissonance (“Why did I believe that?”)
Energetic sensitivity (loud places, certain people, artificial environments)
Synchronicities (repeating numbers, signs, or dreams)
✧
This is your nervous system adjusting to a higher frequency of awareness.
And your soul trying to reconnect with truth.
✧
This stage is about safety, clarity, and energy protection.
Not doing more just learning how to be with what’s unraveling.
Awakening is not a productivity goal. You’re not here to master this yet.
You’re here to observe. To feel. To listen.
Your Practice:
Create 5–10 minutes a day of silence (no phone, no input)
Breathe into your body. Journal what comes up.
✧
Choose 1–2 per day. Let your answers be raw and real.
What parts of my life feel like I’m pretending?
What do I not want to do anymore, even if it makes sense to others?
What would I do if I wasn’t trying to be liked?
What is my body trying to tell me lately?
✧
Not everyone will understand this stage. That’s okay.
Trying to explain it to the wrong people will drain you.
Your Reminder:
“I don’t owe anyone an explanation for my growth.”
This stage is sacred. Keep it protected.
✧
You’re feeling more than you ever have and it’s not all yours.
Try these simple tools:
Barefoot walks in nature (10 min daily)
Cold rinse after showers (5–10 seconds)
Put phone on grayscale to reduce over-stimulation
Cover mirrors or screens at night to calm your nervous system
✧
🌿 Emotional Release
When emotions come up and you don’t know what to do with them:
Sit or lie down and place your hands on your chest
Say out loud: “I allow what’s here to move through me.”
Let yourself cry, scream into a towel, breathe deeply, or shake your hands/legs
Afterward, write: “What was that really about?”
This process creates emotional safety, the foundation for deeper healing.
✧
“I’m not behind. I’m not doing this wrong.”
“Awakening doesn’t mean I have to fix everything.”
“My body is not the enemy, it’s the compass.”
“Not everyone will get it. That doesn’t mean I’m lost.”
“I’m allowed to outgrow what I once prayed for.”
✧
And when you feel ready… take the next step.
We’ll be right there with you.
With love,
Awakened Wild Souls
